The mainline railway station (London – Victoria 1hr 45mins approx.), along with the A27 coastal route and London Gatwick Airport (50 mins approx. by car or direct rail link approx. 1hr) enables an ease of accessibility to the capital and beyond.

Protected from prevailing weather by the Isle of Wight and the South Downs, Bognor Regis has its own microclimate and was once stated as having the longest hours of sunshine in the UK.
